My date of birth is showing incorrectly (DOB)

To maintain the integrity of our learner data, we are only able to amend the date of birth on your learner record if you provide us with a copy of  photographic ID.

Please be aware that NEBOSH are only able to accept the below forms of identification:

· Passport

· Driving Licence

· PAN Card. This is a 'permanent account number' (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Permanent_account_number) issued for tax purposes

· Aadhar Card/ UID Card. This is an ID scheme set up by the GoI in 2009 (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Unique_Identification_Authority_of_India)
