To verify a learners certificate, please see below instructions on how to use our Online Verification Service:
1. Open the Online Verification Service
2. Enter Your Details
- Provide your personal information: Name, Organisation and Email address.
- The request cannot proceed without this.
3. Enter Certificate Holder Details
- Learner Name (exactly as shown on the certificate)
- Certificate Master Log Number (found on the front or back of the certificate)
- Date of Achievement (issue date printed on the certificate)
4. Submit Form for Certificate Holder Approval
- If all details match NEBOSH records, an email is sent to the certificate owner asking them to confirm the request.
- They can either Approve or Deny the request.
5. Receive Verification Result
- If the holder Approves, you will receive an email confirming if the certificate is genuine. Emails will only be sent from: Veri-Secure, noreply@nebosh.org.uk.
- If the holder Denies, the verification will be rejected.
- If no response by the holder is given within 2 days, the request expires. Please submit the request again and contact the learner to check their emails to approve the request.
Further details for this service can be found on our NEBOSH Online Verification Page.
If you are still facing issues or the certificate was issued before February 2007, you will need to submit the Manual Verification Request Form for NEBOSH to verify your Certificate.
