A learner's examination results/marks are "personal information" within the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). NEBOSH has a legal responsibility not to disclose personal information without the written consent of the learner.
However, if the learner and their sponsor or employer have signed a contract setting out data rights for the sponsor, information can be supplied in accordance with that contract (a copy of the signed contract must be attached within the completed Manual Verification Request Form).
If written and/or evidence of contractual consent has been provided via the Manual Verification Request Form, please note NEBOSH will verify the details of the individual and organisation before information is disclosed.
