Can employers / sponsors request an extra copy of their employee's certificate(s) for their records?

Our regulatory obligations only allow us to issue one unit certificate per unit achieved and one qualification parchment for each qualification achieved by a learner. If we do need to re-issue a certificate or parchment, the original is no longer valid. 

Therefore, multiple copies of the same certificate cannot be issued.
