I havent received my unit Certificate / Overall Completion Parchment, when will I receive this?

It is NEBOSH policy to send all learner certificates to accredited Learning Partners for onward dispatch to their learners.

All certificates are dispatched to Learning Partners 20 working days following the original expected declaration date of your assessment. This date can be found on your Examination Entry Confirmation form.

If you believe your certificate is overdue, I recommend that you contact your Learning Partner.

Please note, unit certificates are no longer issued for Certificate level qualifications, learners will receive one parchment on completion of the full qualification.

NEBOSH send Diploma Level Unit Certificates and Parchments directly to learners whose postal address is in the UK via Royal Mail and for learners whose addresses are outside of the UK directly to their Learning Partner for onward dispatch to their learners.

If Learners/Learning Partners fail to inform NEBOSH within 40 working days of the URN letter issue date that they have not received their certificate/parchments they will be charged for replacing a certificate claimed not to have been received.

NEBOSH will not accept any liability for certificates lost in transit between Learning Partners and Learners or once they have been received by learners. In such cases requests for replacements certificates will not be processed without payment being received in full with a completed Certificate Request Form.

Please view the Policy regarding Learner Certificates and Transcripts for further information.
