All qualification parchments are dispatched to your Learning Partner 20 working days following the result notification date of your examination. This date can be found on your Assessment Registration Confirmation email.
Learning Partners are responsible for issuing learners parchments to them. If you have not received your parchment in the expected timeframe, please contact your Learning Partner in the first instance.
