It is possible to request replacement parchments or unit certificates where applicable. Please note that all replacement parchments/unit certificates state ‘reissue’ on them to comply with regulatory conditions.
To request a replacement certificate you will need to complete our online Replacement Certificate Request Form.
Please aim to complete all the fields and ensure all the details are entered accurately or to the best of your knowledge. You must ensure that you state which certificate(s) you require (i.e. overall parchment certificate and unit certificates (s) if any).
This is a chargeable service and you can view the fees on our Learner Fees List under the Replacement Certificates section.
Certificate requests are reviewed within 2 working days, after which a secure payment link will be issued. Please note that we are currently experiencing a high volume of enquires, so it may take up to 5 working days to receive a response.
Once payment is received, please allow a further 20 working days for dispatch.
