My name is showing incorrectly on my certificate/parchment, can this be amended?

As stated on your Unit Result Notification and as per our Policy regarding Learner Certificates and Transcripts, NEBOSH must be informed of any name changes prior to your results being issued. Changes to learners’ names after this date may result in charges for any replacement certificate requests.  


To request a name change on a replacement certificate, you must first Submit the Change of Details Request form and wait for confirmation that your details have been updated before submitting the Certificate Request Form.


Once you receive confirmation that your name is updated, you will then need to submit the Certificate Request Form and agree to the ‘Change of Name declaration’. This ensures you have confirmed your details have been updated prior to submitting the form, and the certificate will be issued in the updated Name.


This is a chargeable service and you can view the fees on our Learner Fees List under the Replacement Certificates section.


Certificate requests are reviewed within 2 working days, after which a secure payment link will be issued. Please note that we are currently experiencing a high volume of enquires, so it may take up to 5 working days to receive a response. 


Once payment is received, please allow a further 20 working days for dispatch.
