My name is showing incorrectly on my certificate/parchment, can this be amended?

As stated on your Unit Result Notification and as per our Policy regarding Learner Certificates and Transcripts, NEBOSH must be informed of any name changes prior to your results being issued. Changes to learners’ names after this date may result in charges for any replacement certificate requests.  


To request a replacement certificate you will need to complete our online Replacement Certificate Request Form.


This is a chargeable service and you can view the fees on our Learner Fees List under the Replacement Certificates section.


Certificate requests are reviewed within 20 working days, after which a secure payment link will be issued. Once payment is received, please allow a further 20 working days for dispatch.
