How do I upload / submit my assessment?

Modified on Fri, 13 Feb at 9:15 AM

1. Ensure your answer sheet is saved as PDF format. No other file formats are accepted. Ensure all your answers are on one PDF file, as you are only permitted to submit one file per digital assessment. The file size limit is 100MB in total. Please note: For DN1/DI1 you can upload a maximum of two PDF files, one to Paper 1 and one to Paper 2 (these have separate submission points).

2. Log into the NEBOSH Online Examination Platform here: https://learning.nebosh.org.uk/. Your username is your NEBOSH learner number or alternatively the email address that your Learning Partner registered you with. Your password is provided to you in an earlier email. If you require your password to be reset please click the ‘Forgotten your username or password’ link on the right hand side of the platform login page and follow the instructions.

3. On your examination platform dashboard, click into the relevant examination sitting. For example: February - 2026 - NG1. Scroll down to Examination and click on 'Examination Paper'. For Diploma Assignments click on 'Assignment Submission'. Scroll down and click on 'Add Submission'.

4. You will be asked to agree to the Turnitin Agreement by clicking 'I agree'. Then tick the Declaration box that confirms the work you are submitting is entirely your own.

5. Either drag and drop your PDF Answer sheet from your files into the box, or click on the File symbol to go into your files and select the relevant PDF Answer sheet to upload.

6. Click the 'Save Changes' button at the bottom of the page to confirm the upload.

For further information on how to upload please refer to the relevant Technical Learner Guide which can be found in the 'Digital Assessments' section of the NEBOSH website.
