I submitted an incorrect document, how do I remove this and replace it with the correct document?

Do not worry if you have uploaded an incorrect document to the NEBOSH Online Examination Platform. This can be easily removed and replaced at any point before the submission deadline.

Go to the submission point on the examination platform (where you previously uploaded the incorrect document).

Click on 'Remove Submission'. Once this is removed you can upload the correct document.

Alternatively, click 'Edit Submission'. Then, click on the file you want to remove and click 'delete'. Once this is removed you can upload the correct file and click the 'save changes' button at the bottom of the page.

If you are still experiencing issues with the upload of an incorrect document, or if the examination time frame has closed and does not allow you to edit your submission, please email your correct Answer Sheet document to info@nebosh.org.uk so that we can look to upload this on your behalf. It is important that you do not open the document before sending this as it may alter the timestamp. NEBOSH will need to be able to verify the time stamp of the document which will need to show that it was last saved or edited prior to the submission deadline.
