I submitted an incorrect document, how do I remove this and replace it with the correct document?

Do not worry if you have uploaded an incorrect document to the NEBOSH Online Examination Platform. This can be easily removed and replaced at any point before the submission deadline.

Go to the submission point on the examination platform (where you previously uploaded the incorrect document).

Click on 'Remove Submission'. Once this is removed you can upload the correct document.

Alternatively, click 'Edit Submission'. Then, click on the file you want to remove and click 'delete'. Once this is removed you can upload the correct file and click the 'save changes' button at the bottom of the page.

If you are still experiencing issues with the upload of an incorrect document, please contact NEBOSH prior to the submission deadline along with your correct document so that we can look to upload this on your behalf. Any requests received after the submission deadline will be declined.
