1. Check your Internet connection
2. Check you are using the correct login (this is case sensitive) - https://learning.nebosh.org.uk/
3. If you are using a work laptop, please speak to your IT department to check they have the correct authorisation to access your exam, or if there are any security features in place.
4.Try using another browser from the list of compatible browsers below:
