If you are resitting a Digital Assessment you will not receive new login details. You can login with your original login details.
Eight days before the assessment a unique username (your username is also your NEBOSH learner number) and temporary password will be sent to the email address you provided (the email your Learning Partner has registered you with). If you have not received them after this time please contact your Learning Partner to verify they have an accurate email address on your record.
Once logged in, you will be asked to create a unique password. Please note it is best practice to use different passwords across multiple systems and not reuse old passwords.

If you require your password to be reset please click the ‘Forgotten your username or password’ link on the right hand side of the platform login page. The platform will send you a reset email within 10 minutes. If you have not received your reset email, please check your junk folder. If you still have not received it please email NEBOSH directly: info@nebsoh.org.uk
We recommend that you take time to read the relevant Technical Learner Guide which provides step by step guidance on using the online examination platform. The Learner Guides can be found in the 'Digital Assessment Section' of the NEBOSH website.
