I have forgotten my password, how do I reset this?

If you need to reset your password, click on "Forgotten your username or password?" link on the right hand side of the login screen. You will receive an email in about 10-15 minutes time with a link to click to reset your password. Please also check your junk and spam folder.

You need to click the link in the email and then create your own password. It is best practice to use different passwords across multiple systems and not reuse old passwords. Please keep this password safe. 

When resetting your password, this must have at least 12 characters with at least 1 digit(s), at least 1 lower case letter(s), at least 1 upper case letter(s) and at least 1 special character(s) such as as *, -, or #. Once you have done this you will be able to login to the NEBOSH Online Examination Platform.

If you have not received your reset password email, please contact NEBOSH for this to be manually reset.
