I have submitted a Verification request but not received the approval email?

Please be advised if you have requested to verify your Certificate using the Online Verification Service, you (the owner of the certificate) will receive an email at the address NEBOSH has on record for you, asking to 'Approve' this request. 


If you do not receive the authorisation email, we may hold a different email on your learner record. You will need to submit the Change of Details Request Form to update. For more information regarding this please see our Change of Details Page. 


Once NEBOSH have confirmed your email has been updated, please resubmit your verification request again – then look out for the approval email sent to your correct email address.


Please note, official NEBOSH Approval request emails will only ever be sent from: Veri-Secure, noreply@nebosh.org.uk.
