When will I receive my online examination platform login details?

Modified on Thu, 16 Sep, 2021 at 5:45 PM

Login details are issued to learners registered to a digital assessment 8 days prior to the examination date. They are sent to the email address your Learning Partner has registered you with. If you have not received them after this time please contact your Learning Partner to verify they have an accurate email address on your record.

If you have previously been registered to a digital assessment, you will not receive new login details. You can login with your original login details.

If you have forgotten your original login details you can reset your them by clicking this link  https://learning.nebosh.org.uk/  and then clicking the forgotten username or password link on the right hand side of the screen. The platform will send you a reset email within 10 minutes. If you have not received your reset  email, please check your junk folder. If you still have not received it please contact NEBOSH.
