If you need to reset your password, click on the forgotten username or password link on the right hand side of the login screen. You will receive an email in about 10-15 minutes time with a link to click to reset your password.
You need to click the link in the email and then create your own password. Please keep this password safe. Once you have done this you will be able to login to the NEBOSH online examination platform.

If you have not received your reset password email, please check your junk folder and allow at least ten minutes for the email to come through. If you still have not received it please contact NEBOSH again.
