When NEBOSH receives an allegation of suspected malpractice, the Ethical Practice Team are obligated to investigate in accordance with our Malpractice Policy.
At this stage, the Ethical Practice team will write to you to inform you of the allegation against you.
Unless otherwise informed, you WILL NOT be permitted to undertake another NEBOSH assessment until the conclusion of the open investigation.
Please be reassured that although NEBOSH uses numerous different tools and techniques to identify potential malpractice. NEBOSH only uses humans (our dedicated team of Ethical Practice Specialists) to thoroughly review and analyse your work before to any decision is made. An Ethical Practice Specialist will detail their recommendation based on their analysis of your work. A Senior Manager will use the analysis and recommendation of the Ethical Practice Specialist to make a final decision on the outcome of the investigation.
To prevent any unnecessarily delays, please comply with the instructions in your letter and provide any requested information to the Ethical Practice team by the deadlines given.
