The outcome date for my malpractice investigation has passed. What should I do?

Modified on Tue, 17 Feb at 3:20 PM

We understand that being under investigation for suspected malpractice can be concerning and you will be keen to receive the outcome.

In our investigation letters, we indicate an outcome date that we aim to concluded the investigation by.

NEBOSH will always endeavour to complete our malpractice investigations on time. However, in some instances, this is not always possible (such as when additional information has come to light, or there are a large number of cases in review).

If an investigation is not concluded by the anticipated date, the Ethical Practice team will contact you with an update. There is no requirement to contact NEBOSH, if further information is required from you, we will contact you directly.

Following conclusion of the investigation, you will be notified of the outcome via email within 5 working days.
