I disagree with the findings/outcome of a malpractice investigation. What can I do?

Modified on Tue, 17 Feb at 3:17 PM

NEBOSH supports the right of learners and/or Learning Partners to appeal against the outcome of decisions, penalties and sanctions made by us.

NEBOSH communicates the outcome of a malpractice investigation in writing via email. When you receive the outcome of the investigation,  you have 10 working days (from the date on your letter) to appeal the findings of the investigation. Details on how to make a Stage 1 appeal are included in your outcome letter.

Please refer to our website for more information on the process and how to make an appeal.

https://www.nebosh.org.uk/policies-and-procedures/appeals-policy/

NEBOSH is unable to process an appeal that does not conform with the requirements.

NEBOSH is unable to hear an appeal once the 10 working day period has lapsed.
